The Rules:
1 - 4 cooperative
12 lives total
15 gun slot weapon wheel (start with pistol and combat shotgun)
Grenade equipped
Campaign loot drops
Armor is pickup only
Run Button - L3 (Ps4) Hold for constant boost, tap for 1 second of boost.
